Ideally situated in the village of Keyhaven a few minutes walk from Milford on Sea, just six miles from the sailing town of Lymington and within easy reach of the New Forest.

Our cottage is the ideal place for the family or the perfect bolt hole for fishermen, sailors, bird watchers and those just wishing to take it easy.

A short walk from the cottage are superb views across the Solent to the Isle of Wight and Hurst Castle. The area has a wetland conservation scheme which is a haven to bird life.

The local pub, The Gun Inn, is a short stroll from the cottage and in nearby Milford on Sea there are a variety of shops, pubs and restaurants and a traditional fish and chip shop as well as a hairdresser and beauty salon.

 

This charming detached cottage, built at the turn of the last century, has been completely refurbished to give a delightfully light and airy open-plan feel throughout complemented by a large sunny garden backing onto fields.

There is a walk of less than ten minutes to the un spoilt little harbour at Keyhaven, ideal for dinghy sailing and also with its own passenger ferry both to Hurst Castle beach and to Yarmouth on the Isle of Wight.
